Description:
This group is for persons who have experienced one or a series of
traumatic events in their lifetime and are still suffering the effects.
You might be having symptoms such as recurring, distressing memories and
dreams, flashbacks, hyper vigilance, exaggerated startle response, feeling
of detachment from others, etc. We will use the power of the group for
healing and support.
