Bob Heiliger

Bob is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a Fellow in the AAPC and has a doctorate in pastoral counseling. A Lutheran pastor, he has been with PPI since 1985. He is competent in a wide range of clinical areas and has several specialties: adolescent issues, marriage and family dynamics, authority and responsibility issues and loss of parent during childhood. He works with all ages, families, couples and individuals. Will, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has been a therapist with PPI and an AAPC Member since 1990. Empathy, understanding and a non-judgmental attitude are marks of his counseling style. He emphasizes the role of truth as he gently leads couples and individuals on a journey to wholeness. Recently he has done some work in integrating body awareness into his practice. Judy Kroger

Judy Kroger

Judy Kroger, Licensed Professional Counselor, has experience as a pastoral counselor, career coach and management consultant. Judy promotes personal, spiritual, career and organizational enrichment. She has counseled adults and teens, couples and families at PPI since 1991.

Judy has served as a church lay leader; Career Advisor for Greater Cincinnati Women’s Network, and an adjunct faculty member at three universities. She has taught at the graduate level in the pastoral-counseling program at The Athenaeum of Ohio. She is President of a consulting firm, which has provided services to Fortune 500 companies and non-profits since 1986. In 1999, Judy received an award from Leading Women of Cincinnati, in part, recognizing her integration of life roles.

Judy conducts workshops and retreats and holds a reputation as a superior group facilitator. Workshops include a variety of topics related to new and unfolding faith; sound relationships; life and career transitions; mental health; and professional competencies, such as: strategic planning, leadership development, diversity awareness and conflict management. Judy is a member of the PPI Consulting Team.

Rosalie has been at PPI since 1990, as an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has specialized abilities in helping persons deal with chronic and acute illness having worked in a hospital setting for twenty years. She is skilled and experienced helping individuals and families handle loss and grief.

Life transitions, anxiety and depression, marital issues, and the particular problems of children and adolescents are also ably addressed by Rosalie. She is a firm believer that persons committed to receiving help can change and transform their lives. This belief is undergirded by her personal spirituality. Finally, she brings to our increasingly diverse culture the special ability of being fluent in six languages.
